This patient had a severely deep bite where the upper front teeth covered the lower front teeth. Deep bites can cause to abnormal wear on teeth. We were able to correct his bite while making his beautiful smile at the same time!

Severe crowding on young patients can be an indication for early (Phase I) orthopedic correction. This two-phase approach allows for growth modification (and in this case addressed an “impacted” canine non-surgically). By creating space at this age, this patient did not need any permanent tooth extractions in her second phase of treatment. 

Anterior open bites can cause excessive wear and damage to back teeth over time. We were able to achieve this result using Invisalign in combination with another technique, and without any jaw surgery.  

A posterior open bite is when the back teeth don’t touch, making chewing difficult for patients. Look at her amazing and life-changing result! She was treated with an upper jaw expander and braces.

She came to us because she was getting married the following year and wanted to smile for her wedding photos. She was thrilled with her smile at the end, AND we were able to close the space on the lower right and eliminate the need for her to replace that tooth with an implant.
