5. SMS, Email, and Electronic Communications (Carrier Compliance)

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Cedar Smiles Orthodontics related to appointment scheduling, reminders, treatment updates, and practice notifications.

  • Program Description: Messages are sent to confirm and remind you of appointments and to reach out to patients as needed.
  • Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our number. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • Support/Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance. You may also get help directly by calling our office at (937) 303-5343 or using the Contact Form found at the bottom of our website.
  • Rates and Frequency: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your treatment.
  • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
